I have a ex2 it has the latest firm ware and running windows 7… when I take video with my note 5 or GS6 and transfer it to the ex2 it is always plays sideways 90deg counter clock wize. anyone know how to fix this thanks Nick
Well, the NAS itself has absolutely nothing to do with it. It’s the way the file is recorded versus whatever you’re using to play the video.
