Videos are not synced automatically with mycloud app on android

Hello,

first topic here - but it is bothering me for a long time now.

My Samsung phone is not syncing videos automatically anymore to the mycloud.

My wife has a similar one and it does.

Pictures - no problem

Manual upload - no problem

But automatic sync just does not work anymore for videos.

Any idea? Since I changed the drives, I have 2 TB left - but the issue was there before the change as well…

What Samsung phone do you have? How is it different from your wife’s?
I have a Samsung Galaxy S24+ and it loads my pictures and videos to my computer when I am on wi-fi. I do use the Phone Link app.

My phone has Android version 16 with UI 8.5.
