When I transfer a movie file from my ipad to my 3tb my book live via the wd cloud app, the video becomes unplayable on my PC, it has audio but no picture. If I email the movie to my PC and then copy it to the same place on the wd drive manually it’s fine. The app must be stripping something out during the transfer process?
Anyone else had similar problems?
