Video starts to glitch if i rewind or fast forward

hello everyone. if i rewind a bit, or if i fast-forward a bit and then click play, the video starts to glitch.

I am using WD TV HD Media player with fully upgraded firmware. is any one else here having or have had the same problem?

is there a solution to this?
