I’ve selected that but my TV still receives audio. Using WDTVLIVE+ NOT the most recent firmware (pre New Year’s release). No big deal, but just curious why the player would route audio via HDMI when you’ve told it not to do so…
I just turn the TV audio off and play though optical to surround sound.
It should not be sending audio, have you tried to switch from HDMI with audio and then back to HDMI with not audio, to see if the WD TV can recognize the command?
