Video is just loading (spinning circle)

I have not updated the firmware on my WDlive in some time because everytime I do, something breaks. The only thing I’ve done is updated to Windows 10 on my PC that has the video files that I stream to the WD box.

I can see the folders, see the files, when I click on the file, I just get the spinning circle for loading.

The only thing I can see that cause this issue is windows 10 update
anyone else have any issues after updating to windows 10?

plenty of people have had this issue after upgrading to Windows10

can’t remember the solution … but try searching the forum (magnifying glass icon top right of your screen)
