Video data rates

The manual for my WD TV HD Media Player doesn’t say anything about data rate limitations for the player.  Can anyone comment to the maximum data rate the player supports for MP4 and MPEG2 formats?

If it matters, I’m running firmware 1.02.07

Evidently, no body knew.  Have you tried contacting WD’s Technical Support about this? You can do so either by phone or email.
