Video/audio stutter on high bit rate files

after we resolved  my problem with playing .ts and .tp files I went on a spree and found some hq files.

the video on this one starts to stutter after playing for about 10-15 seconds and soon after the audio drops out completely. the audio it only comes through as stereo also.

my receiver clicks over to digital when this one plays, but about 30 seconds in the same thing happens.

if I hit stop then resume either of them they’ll play clean for a bit, but it starts to stutter again.

Wow, those are high bit rate files indeed.  You definitely won’t be playing those wirelessly.

My highest bit rate files max out at about 30mbps, so it’s *possible* you’ve exceeded the capacity of your network streaming (if via network) or the Live itself (if directly hard wired).  If it’s through your network you can eliminate that possibility by trying a flash drive directly connected to the Live and seeing if the file plays okay (if it does, you know it’s a network issue).  If it won’t play that way, then it’s a Live problem.
