Very slow transfer speed

hello

I went through the forum but I can’t find a solution to my problem

The problem is my transfer is very slow it run between 300kb and 2 mb

1. i formatted the drive but still the same problem
2. I tried the WD utlity to do a scan and it keep saying failed.
3. I changed cable and the same
4. i try different PC and the same result
5. i deleted partition, created new and same issue

any solution? Yes i do use it on usb 3.0
