Very slow speed on my 2TB WD20EADS ..WHATS WRONG?!? HELP!

Hellow all, i got sudden lost of speed on my 2TB harddrive…Not sure what the **bleep** happen,

i got transfer rate 35kb/sec -  1mb/sec…take me days to transfer 4gb file.

I checked my setting is UDMA mode 5…this should be fine. And i do not have any problem with my other HDD.

Anyone knows? I do not care about the hdd, i need all my data!
