I have very slow speed from my work computer to my BookLiveDuo which is at home.
Both on work and home internet speed is high (download and upload) - no problem.
At home I have ADSL modem which provides me internet, so upload speed is not too high, but normal.
From my work comp I have access to my home BookLiveDuo so I can upload some files.
It uploads well but the speed is too slow - about 10-20 kbytes/sec and even slower.
There are no firewalls on the way of inforamtion transfer (I suppose).
Where is the problem? Help

What is the upload speed you have at home? How are you accessing the drive remotely? Using WD2Go or a different method?

Sorry for my bad, I have ETHERNET connection at home, not adsl.
Upload speed is about 100 mbits/s, realy about 60-80 mbits/s (equals 7.5-8 mbytes/s).
I connect to my drive through WD2Go site (it creates network drive in my computer)
I connect from my work computer, it also has fast ethernet connection. i can’t see the reason

That’s the reason right there. Fast Ethernet is 100 megabits per second max.

Yes! But for me 100 mbits it is fast. Mu connection speed with MyBookLiveDuo is about 0.16 mbits. See? Almost in 100 times less than must be. (0.16 mbits = 20 kbytes)
Any fix for this? I’m having the same issue. At home, transfering speed seem to be reasonable. I have a Time Capsule which is act liek my router and I connect the MBLD to it. The modem is comcast. If I mouted the drive at work it would be so slow.
