Very slow connection

I have NAS my cloud EX4, and when I try to access share folder take long time to accessed, even when i try that on same subnet, could you please help me to find out why the respond very slow?

Hi phill123,

You should try to check after the power cycle of My Cloud EX4 device. It will restore the network path and connects to My Cloud Server.

Actually I changed from shared folder to iscsi and I assigned to vCenter and it is accessible but when i transfer files to this datastore it show speed 6-8 MB/s this is very slow as both vcenter and nas connected to same switch, is that normal behavior of this EX4?
