Very hot disc

Hey

My problems is that i have a WDC WD2500JS-55NCB1 and it runs at almost 70c. Its extremly hot. Is this normal ?? I have another disc (samsung) running around 30c and another WDC raptor running at 33c.

I also sent a request for the WDC support team over a month ago and got an auto respons saying im supposed to get answer within the next buisness day. Is it always like that ??

what am i supposed to do here ??

Please advise

i beleive we  u need to replace the drive before the drive burns out…
