Very Good RMA Service

Hi. I had a WD My Passport Ultra take a rather serious nosedive. I called WD Support and got a live representative in about 2 minutes. He was very helpful and very straightforward about the situation, and I got an RMA number in about 25 minutes from me pressing ‘Call’ to me pressing ‘End Call’. VERY GOOD JOB WESTERN DIGITAL!!! :relieved:
