Very bad Customer Support

I know WD company giving good product and good service but not in my case,

i don’t know why.

I have logged  ticket (111711_9319507 ) with WD Support in US and following up past one and half month still I didn’t get my replacement even though my product under warranty.  Is there any other option to get my power adapter for WD live hub from India.

Even I’m ready to pay.

Why are you lodging a claim with WD support in the USA and wanting to purchase a power supply from India?

Maybe if you posted your problem instead of a ticket number, people on this forum could advise you.
