I get the blinking cursor DOS box when running the 5.19 Data Lifeguard Diagnostic zip file. I called customer support on Friday, 12/10, and they said they are aware of the issue and that it would be fixed in 24-48 hours. Over 72 hours later, still no update. I’m not loading Win7 on the drive yet until I know it’s a clean disk. Right now, it’s a brick.
The latest version of software corrects the issues.
