Veeam backups fail after latest MyCloud EX2 Ultra firmware update

I have been using our EX2 Ultra as a CIFS backup target for Veeam for a few months. After the most recent firmware update, my backups all fail with “Failed to get disk free space”.

Also, (not sure if related), when I load the web interface and go to shares and click my “Public” share, the “usage” field just says “Loading…” and the web page will eventually crash. It never populates. I’ve tried Chrome and Edge.

I have run all tests and everything seems okay. Is there a fix for this? Or where can I get older firmware to downgrade?
