Just saw the news about the latest 5.17 firmware. I would like to stress various issues with WD websites.
The release notes webpage takes time to update using Safari on iOS and macOS at least. When I go to https://os5releasenotes.mycloud.com/, the page does not show the latest release notes. However, if I use the private mode, the page will show as updated. It looks like a cache issue but maybe there are some bizarre webpage settings that prevent Safari from displaying the latest version.
The package list is not available for the three latest firmware versions on this page: My Cloud OS 5: Open Source Packages
