Vaild warranty

I have valid warranty on my EX2 Ultra. Since OS5 update many things not working like before UPDATE (Transmission, indexing, mobile app, etc) . I lost completely trust to WD. I have question to WD technical support what if I return my EX2 and request refund. I don’t won’t another WD device.
