Previous WD Smartware version, while extremely slow, was detecting and backing up my removable flash disk. V 1.3.0.16 is much more effective, thanks to WD development effort, but can’t detect my removable flash disk. Any setting I would have missed? Can’t find any menu to go through on this subject. Thanks for any support in that.
Have you tried rebooting your computer?
I have reboot the computer, also have proceeded with 2 options: first insert the removable flash disk then the WD drive/Smartdrive, then vice versa. But nothing about my flash drive in the list of drives that Smartdrive is suppose to take into consideration for backing up. Thanks for your response anyway.
