Utterly unable to sign up to support portal and numbers not working

hey hey anyone…
I’m trying to RMA a drive and yet am utterly unable to sign up to support portal using various browsers and combinations, the forms simply do not accept my details.
I am now trying the uk provided numbers which appear to connect to a vacuum bleep nothing… I have tried using the Irish numbers with the same results.
