Using WDTVLH as a true drive to edit and burn Blu Ray

Can’t find this addressed anywhere (so if I missed it I apologise)

Can you access the data/files on HDTVLH from a computer?

I want to not only store HD video files, but I also edit them using Sony Vegas, and then burn them to DVD (or Blu Ray).

Yes, you can do that, but I wouldn’t consider using the Live Hub as a general purpose NAS… Its performance just isn’t up to that kind of work.

Thanks for that…Company told me it could not be used that way, but seems as though it could, it probably should not be done.
