Using WD 2Go ... only in the same wifi

Hi,

access to My Book Live only within my home network (wifi or lan). Outside in different wifis i cannot acces via Mac Book, ipad or iphone… the system settings under connection status allways failed… I don’t know way…

Anybody a good idea?

You might need to contact wd directly to see if theres any issues with the app. I heard it was down on saturday.
