Hello, I have WD mycloud device at another location its working fine without TMG or ISA 2006 firewall. The site and login is done but it give me some certificate issue on the browser(I am behind TMG firewall). I made allow url rule but still no success. Can you guyz let me know where is the problem and why I am not able to access my cloud device.

Can you post a screen shot of the certificate issue?
In certain instances one may get an invalid certificate notification in their web browser when accessing the My Cloud remotely. When this happens one can usually choose to allow the browser to use the invalid certificate.
