I am using the WD TV Live mainly for listening to music nowadays. One drawback is that I have to switch my TV set on to navigate through my library. Since the player is connected to my LAN, I was thinking whether it is possible to use my mobile phone browser to control the player. Basically all it takes is having a web server in the WD TV (is the standard GUI based on webpages??), and a mobile version of the GUI.
Does anyone have any ideas whether this is possible?
Your post sounds more like an Idea or a Feature Request. The best place for this is in our Ideas Lab. This way someone from WD will be sure to see it. However, I would search first and make sure that there isn’t another idea similar to yours that you could add your post to and vote on.
