I’ve logged in to my cloud and can see all my files etc but when I attempt to play them nothing happens except a picture pops up of a confused person and mentions about clearing my cache. I tried to do this but still won’t work. I’m using the I phone 4 s. Any suggestions please.
The confused person usually means it’s not a supported media file. What specific type of file is it?
MP4 also flac media. They all play fine via network at home. What files are best supported for the I phone away from home. Thanks.
I’m not sure what you mean. AFAIK, doesn’t support FLAC.
