Using external HDD as additional storage

Hey,

Is there a way to extend my EX4 storage by adding external HDD’s?

I have a 8TB HDD attached but cannot see anywhere on the GUI to configure the EX4 to use it as additional storage. I am on the stock f/w and am reluctant to upgrade to the current f/w due to previous problems with the f/w on an old EX4 and also seeing other people having issues with it.

I believe this is not possible, Let’s see if any of the users can share some information about it.

You can change the capacity of the internal drives, but not sure if you can do that with a external drive.
