Hi - does anyone know if I am able to use the files on my back up copy (set up using Smartshare) of my computer as a share that I can access remotely?
The WD SmartWare share allows for permissions to be manually modified for remote access within the Dashboard of your WD My Cloud. However, this is not recommended as direct file manipulation may result in backup corruption and the application resolving to create a new backup copy from scratch.
