Using a dyndns address

My Cloud OS 3 Personal & Network Attached Storage My Cloud EX2

I have a working dyndnss address and checked that the address is being translated correctly. Nevertheless :
Using a normal address, like xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, access through ssh works, port 22 , user sshd and password.
Doing the same with the dyndnss address, the same login is denied.
What is happening here ?
