My problem started with intermittent power outages in our place. After the last one this morning, my unit has a permanent red light. I did a 40sec reset, saw the blue light after a few minutes but upon accessing the dashboard, the users and shares were gone and capacity shows 0 KB free. I tried a system only factory restore successfully, but the result is the same. How do I restore my files? Please help!

I ended up reformatting and creating new shares. It worked for a short while but after a few weeks i had the same problem again (permanent red LED), but this time neither 4s nor 40s reset would work. White LED turns red and stays that way until i unplug it. Tried several 40s resets to no avail. Help please!
