I just purchased a WD backup thingamagig.  I have tried to dowload the user manual (supposedly pdf file) but am getting the message that indicates a problem with the “dictionary” (Adobe I supposed).  Has anyone had a similar problem?  Where would you write to address this concern?

I sometimes see the same problem. However, I’m still using Win98SE with an early version of Acrobat Reader (6.0).

If an Acrobat Reader upgrade doesn’t solve your problem, then try Foxit Reader:
