Sincerely I tried to write and send a message asking an help. But I couldn’t be able, so the forum doesn’t appear so user friendly.
The help I need was because my WD Cloud can not be accessed since once I log in into the software and it appears “My devices” and the figure of MyCloud and all seems to be ready if I click on the disc it starts a Java Oracle installation request (but I have Java last release on my PC) and I am not allowed to acces the WDCloud … everytime. So at the moment the WDCloud is a beautiful piece of nothing on my desk …
