User access permissions

Hi,
I´m trying to setup a shared folder for multiple users. I want them to be able to create folders in the folder and upload pictures and videos to the share and also to see what other users uploaded files.
But I don´t want them to be able to delete files once they are on the share. But right now it seems like the only permissions are read/write, read only or deny.

Is there anyway to get this working?
