I have a problem with my WD My Cloud Mirror. Every month or more I think and not really sure the email address associated to each user is being removed. I don’t know how but I’m the only admin in control with the company device. One time I reenter all the email addresses and all set but again this day I found out the email address are all gone. What causes this because I did not even update the firmware.
