Hello. It is normal that RAW values do not display? Without them info is useless. 
any RAW Read Error can be ignored as this value only shows that somewhere a sector causes problem during read. All drives have so called bit errir correction methods to repair and fix those sectors. A RAW Read error or better the sector where this read error occured is listed in the drive for further inspection and repair as soon as the drive has some free time to start the repair mechanism. This value then will decrease.
