Use an external USB HDD as storage

I have 3TB Maxtor USB HDD connected to the USB port on my My Cloud EX2. I want to use this HDD as storage, so not to make a backup on it.

The drive is only vissible as USB device and is not listed in my storage environment. I want to share this drive so it’s available as a share.

Can someone help me to configure this??

The External connected drives would work as an USB drive and will be visible as an USB device to create backup from NAS to USB or USB to NAS.

You can map the USB content on computer to access its data and also provide permission to user to access its data but data will be stored in My Cloud device when you try to upload any data files in device.
