I have a My Book that is two years old. I recently instyalled Windows 7 on my laptop. I tried connecting the My Book but recieved messages that the computer does not recognize the device. After the third attempt, I do not get the fail message but it is still not connected. I tried to install the extfat32 but the attempt failed.
