USB transfer copying to wrong share folder

I use the front USB slot on the WD PR4100 to dump my camera card when it’s full.

It’s not copying the data to the shared folder I set-up called “Camera,” it copies to the “PUBLIC” folder, which I then have to transfer manually from PUBLIC to my CAMERA share folder, (transfer time is slow between share folders)

I remove the micro SD card from my camera.
Then place it into a USB Card Reader.
Put it into the front USB slot on PR4100 then select copy files on the machine.

Then when I come to view the images and video there in the wrong Share Folder, the Public.

Hi bq84,

You can select a Destination Folder location while creating of new job to copy Camera Card files to My Cloud PR4100. This will directly copy files in Destination Folder. You may refer this KBA for more details.
