I have a NAS WD PR2100. Everything’s fine but for one major detail: the nas won’t recognize any USB hard drive or stick connected either to the front or back port, UNLESS i disable the “cloud usage” in Settings/General.
The problem is, I need both functions working at the same time.
The customer service answered a couple of emails and then misteriously vanished…
Any ideas on how to solve?
Try downloading the latest firmware release and updating from the downloaded file

Firmware is up to date and updates automatically
