When I plug the portable hard drive into my home theatre system it says connected, then it says loading, then it says access error… Why is this and how do I access hard drive
Is it formatted correctly? Many TVs and video devices need to be formatted FAT32 but the drives come formatted NTFS for Windows.

I was told that my recorder didn’t support usb devices that were powered through the usb connector, that had to be powered with their own power supply.
