Dear All,

I  bought ‘my passport’ external hard drive.

p/n:WDBAAA3200ASL

Why is micro usb cable very easy to unplug?

When i move my ‘my passport’, micro usb cable sometime will release from socket, and windows didnt detect my ‘my passport’?

Is there any product fault?
