Hi,
I have upgraded my player to the latest firmware and my player no longer recognises my WD hardrive. I have to disconnect the power and then it recognises it immediately. Anyone have any suggestions?

Mmm, roll back to the previous firmware? (Instructions available here )
(But before you do that, definitely try the usual things like reset your unit back to factory conditions, and pull out the power plug while it’s on, and then reinsert).
