Hi i have a 3tb mycloud home. i cant seem to get it to read a usb drive or a usb hard drive to expand the nas. there is nothing in the utility’s unless im missing something.
Any suggestions, my pc wont even find it on the network when plugged into usb.
The my Cloud Home does not support expansion via USB. You can only import data from a connected USB device to the My Cloud Home. This is done via the mobile app.
