When I plug in my wd external hd, the light turns on steady for about 12 seconds and I can hear the usual hum from inside…then the light blinks 3 times and pauses then repeats blinking 3 times and pauses and my computer says it doesn’t recognize the usb device. Is there any fix for this??
Have you try with a different computer?
How about a different USB cable?
It worked perfectly fine on another computer…my computer isn’t recognizing my my android device either. It does recognize my 8gb flash drive but no option to browse files. I’ve never had this happen before. Any ideas what that means?
