My Book 3.0 is still under warranty, but I need to recover all my data from the EHD before sending in for replacement. What is the best method to go about recovering the data to ensure I don’t void my warranty?
There isn’t anything you can do except with WD approval send it off for professional data recovery at one of thier approved vendors.
