USB 3.0 Root Hub driver won't start

I recently bought a Mybook Essentials 3 tb drive and a WD USB 3.0 PCI card. I installed the software and the PCI card and everything worked for a while, then the drive dropped off-line. I checked the device manager, and the NEC USB 3.0 Root hub was flagged with an error “device will not load - error 10”. If I uninstall and reinstall the root hub driver, the device will come back online, for a while, the it drops off-line again. When I restart the computer, the root hub device will not start now. I 've reinstalled the USB 3.0 software, and it still does the same thing. I haven’t installed any new software or hardware since I installed the WD drive and WD USB 3.0 PCI card.

Can someone help me with this problem?

I’m running Windows 7 64 bit, 6 gb memory
