USB 3.0 Doesn't Work on WD 1TB Disk

Hello Everyone,

I have a problem with my WD Essential 1TB USB 3.0 Disk and i would appreciate any help!!!

When I am plugging the disk on a Usb 2.0 Port is working great, but when i am plugging it on a USB 3.0 doesn’t work!!!

The disk isn’t recognized on my PC (I am running Windows 7 X64 SP1)!!! Does anyone have the same problem? Could you please help me?

have you try to update the USB 3.0 drivers on your computer?

Of course i have update all drivers of USB3 in my PC!!! Any other solution?
