I have 3 WD MyBooks and since upgrading to win 10 i can no longer access the drives. When connected they do not show up File Explorer. When I check in devices they are there but when I have it check for problems it reports that the drive cannot connect through USB 3.0 OK I can go with that issue after all I am working with the worst OS created to this date. But since it came on the system I have no ability to go back to previous OS. OK rant over. My issue is my system has 6 USB 2.0 and 2 USB 3.0 ports. I have always plugged the MyBooks into 2.0 ports. Is there any known driver or other software update to my the drive or my system ID the fact that it is plugged into 2.0 NOT 3.0 ports. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.
