Hi, I have had my Bookworld for years, my husband set it up and he is working away. I recently transferred lots of files over to it that I urgently need for tomorrow but I cant access it! it keeps saying its failed to connect,. I cant find a driver or anything to check IP address. I use a Mac laptop and computer, is there a way of connecting it straight to there to get the files? I don’t know what to do and I’m running out of time. I had a problem with a printer yesterday so I think that’s knocked it off or something

Don’t worry, the printer has nothing to do with it. How are you trying to access your files? Do you have a mapped drive in your Windows Explorer? What Windows version are you running on your PC (7,10)?
