UPnP set on in router but not recognised

Under cloud access, I get the following statement:

"Connected (Relay connection established)

For best performance, enable UPnP on your router to establish a direct connection."

However, when I check my router, it already has UPnP enabled.

Any idea why this isn’t working correctly gratefully received

If UPnP is not automatically negotiating the ports, then a manual connection is recommended.

First, you will need to access your router’s configuration page and confirm all available open ports. You will need to consult your router’s documentation for this.

The next step is to set the available ports your router has for use in the WD My Cloud dashboard admin page under Settings> General> Cloud Access> Click on “Configure” next to the On/Off Switch> Select “Manual”> Add the open port numbers and save.
